What you need

tsp onion powder
fl oz oil
tsp dried oregano

tsp garlic powder

tsp baking soda

tsp cinnamon powder

tbsp corn starch

fl oz water
potato

tsp black pepper
tsp ginger powder

tsp powdered sugar

tbsp ground paprika
Instructions
1: Combine the ingredients in the spice mix to prepare the Piri Piri masala. 2: Cut the potatoes into wedges with skin-on and rinse them in cold water. 3: Add them to water and bring it to a boil with salt and baking soda. Bring to a boil and drain them. 4: Transfer them to a cloth and air dry completely. 5: Once completely dry, transfer them to a bowl. 6: Then add the cornflour and some of the spice mix and toss to mix well. 7: Deep fry them in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy. 8: Toss again in the spice mix and serve.View original recipe
