What you need

fl oz water

oz basmati rice

onion

tbsp tomato paste

tsp sugar
capsicum

tbsp vinegar

tsp salt
tbsp oil

clove garlic

tsp paprika

tbsp fresh coriander

tsp fresh mixed herbs

red chilli

Instructions
1: In a mixer jar, add all the ingredients for the paste and blend into a smooth paste. 2: Add the prepared paste to mutton and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. 3: In a pressure cooker, pour 2 tbsp oil and add the marinated mutton, saute for 2 minutes and pressure cook on a moderate flame for 8 whistles or for 15 minutes. 4: Let the cooker rest and once the pressure releases, add soaked basmati rice and pour in water, bring it to a boil and pressure cook for 2 more whistles. 5: Let the cooker rest for at least 10 minutes and fluff up the rice.View original recipe
