tbsp desiccated coconut

onion
tbsp oil

tsp garam masala
green chilli

tbsp ginger garlic paste

oz paneer
capsicum

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tbsp peanut flour
tsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies, cook until the flavour is no longer raw. 2: Add the onions and cook until translucent. 3: Add the capsicum and cook until tender. 4: Add the powdered spices, salt, desiccated coconut and powdered peanuts.
