egg nog
tsp vanilla essence

oz all purpose flour

tsp baking powder

tsp cardamom powder
oz khoya

vanilla ice cream
Instructions
1: Cream the butter and sugar until pale, light and fluffy. 2: Add the vanilla essence and eggs one at a time and whisk well. 3: Add the dry mix into the wet ingredients and whisk to combine well. 4: Finally, add the grated khoya and whisk well. 5: Pour the batter into a parchment-lined and greased mold and bake at 180C for 50 mins until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted comes out clean. 6: Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 30 mins and de-mold it. 7: Cut into slices and serve warm slices with vanilla ice cream.View original recipe
