What you need

tbsp ginger garlic paste

pinch salt

oz chicken drumsticks
fl oz oil
green chilli
cup mint leaves

tsp turmeric powder

tsp cumin powder

tsp coriander powder

tbsp lemon juice

cup bread crumbs

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tsp black pepper

tsp garam masala
tsp red chili powder

Instructions
1: Grind all the ingredients for the marination into a smooth paste. 2: Make slits on the chicken pieces. Add the marination to the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3: Add the chicken directly into a pan. Add a splash of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken pieces from the pan and allow to cool slightly. 4: Add the eggs to a bowl. Add salt and coriander leaves, and beat well. 5: Season the flour with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces completely in the breadcrumbs and then in the egg mixture. 6: Deep fry them on medium-low heat until golden brown on all sides.View original recipe
