What you need

pinch saffron
cup khoya

tbsp sugar

oz paneer

tbsp almond

tbsp raw cashews

tsp ground cardamom
Instructions
1: Add milk to a pan and bring it to a soft boil. 2: Add sugar and mix it well for around 30 seconds. 3: Add the nuts and bring the milk to a boil and lower the flame. 4: Add saffron strands and mix till the milk gets some colour. 5: Add the grated paneer and khoya and mix well till the khoya dissolves. 6: Mix well till it starts to become thick and take it off the flame. 7: Garnish with fried almonds and cashews and saffron. 8: Serve it hot.View original recipe
