What you need
tbsp oil

tsp cumin seed

tbsp garlic

tsp ginger

cup onion
tbsp green chilli

tsp turmeric powder

tsp salt

tsp coriander powder

tsp cumin powder

cup tomato

tbsp cashew

cup water

tsp methi

tsp garam masala

cup fresh coriander leaves

tbsp butter

tbsp cream
Instructions
1: Grate 3/4th of the paneer using a large-sized grater. Chop the remaining paneer into small cubes or crumble it roughly with your hands. 2: Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, and green chilli. Sauté until the onion turns translucent. 3: Add the turmeric powder, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Sauté for a minute. 4: Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften. 5: Add the cashew paste and water, then sauté for 3-4 minutes. 6: Add the paneer and stir. 7: Add the garam masala powder, kasuri methi, and coriander leaves.
