cup bottle gourd

tbsp ghee

cup carrot

tsp coriander powder

cup cucumber

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp turmeric powder

tsp salt

tsp cumin seed

green chili

cup yard long beans

tsp garam masala
tsp red chili powder

cup french style green beans

tsp mango powder
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. 2: Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute until the raw flavour goes. 3: Add the mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and ¼ cup of water. 4: Cover and simmer for 10 mins. 5: Finish with dry mango powder, garam masala powder and lemon juice.View original recipe
