What you need

tsp cumin powder

cup rice
tbsp oil

cup sweet corn

tsp salt

tbsp garlic

fl oz tomato puree

cup water

cup bell pepper

tbsp paprika

bunch fresh coriander leaves

jalapeno pepper

Instructions
1: Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. 2: Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and saute for a few seconds. 3: Add the chopped onions and jalapenos and saute till it turns translucent. 4: Add paprika and cumin powder and cook it for a minute on a low flame. 5: Add chopped coriander and tomato puree. Mix well. 6: Cook the tomato puree on a medium flame till its raw aroma goes. 7: Add boiled rajma, sweet corn and bell peppers and mix well. 8: Add the soaked rice and mix gently for a minute. 9: Add water, bring it to a boil, cover and cook it on a low flame till all the water is absorbed. 10: Fluff up the rice. 11: Garnish with coriander leaves.
