tsp baking powder

tbsp olive oil

oz mozzarella cheese

tbsp pizza sauce
cup bajra

Instructions
1: Take the flour in a bowl and add the salt and baking powder. 2: Add warm water and oil to bring together the dough. The dough should be smooth and come together well. 3: Rest the dough for at least 15 minutes. 4: On butter paper, using greased hands, tap out a thin layer of dough carefully by applying pressure and moving the dough outward with your fingers and palm. Cut out a circular shape using a lid or cutter, if needed. 5: Cook this on a hot tawa until firm and develops a light color. 6: Add the pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. 7: Add some water, cover, and cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
