cup water

tbsp ghee
Instructions
1: Combine the wheat flour, salt, ghee, and water and whisk to get a runny, smooth, and lump free batter. 2: Pour the batter on a preheated non-stick tava on a low flame. 3: Do not spread the batter much. 4: Allow the surface to completely dry out then flip it over to the other side. 5: Allow both sides to cook well, keep pressing gently with a ladle. 6: The chapati will begin to puff up, gently encourage the steam build up by pressing gently with the ladle. 7: Increase the flame to medium and cook to desired colour. 8: Apply ghee as needed before serving.View original recipe
