Instructions
1: Combine all the ingredients for the batter minus the fruit salt with 1 cup of water and mix well. 2: Rest the batter for 10-15 mins, covered. 3: Add water to adjust the consistency and add the fruit salt at the end. 4: Steam the batter for 20 mins. Cool completely. 5: Slice the steamed cake and assemble like a sandwich. 6: Apply schezwan chutney, place the vegetables and then cheese. 7: Use butter and toast on a pan.
