What you need

cup pomegranate

cinnamon stick

cup beans

cup pineapple

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tbsp ghee

tsp salt

tsp turmeric powder

cup water

cup peas
green chilli

cup cashew nut

onion

green cardamoms

cup raisin

clove clove

cup carrot

tsp cumin seed
cup potato

cup cashew butter

bunch fresh coriander leaves
tsp red chili powder

cup cheese curd
Instructions
1: Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add the dry spices and let it crackle. 2: Add the onions and sauté till it turns golden brown. 3: Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for a few seconds. 4: Add the powders and cook them for one minute. 5: Add the vegetables except the green peas, mix them well. Add water and let the vegetables cook. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 6: Whisk curd in a bowl, add it to the vegetable mixture and mix it well. 7: Add the cashew nut paste, mix it well. Bring it to a soft boil. 8: Cover and cook it on a Medium flame, stirring occasionally till the vegetables are cooked. 9: Add the green peas, let it cook for a minute. Turn off the flame. 10: In another pan, heat ghee, add cashew nuts, diced pineapple, and raisins and toss them for a few seconds. Add it into the korma. 11: Season the korma. Mix it well. 12: Garnish it with pomegranate and coriander leaves. Serve it hot with rice.View original recipe
