What you need

lamb chops

tomato
green chilli

tsp red chilli

tsp coriander powder

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

cup water

tsp cumin seed

tsp black peppercorn

tbsp garlic

tsp fennel seed

curry leaves

tsp red pepper powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the mutton chops and sear for a few seconds on a high flame. 2: Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and pressure cook the mutton for 6 whistles. 3: Take it off the flame and let the steam reduce gradually. 4: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and peppercorns and let it crackle. 5: Add garlic and sauté for a few seconds. 6: Add the onions and sauté till they turn translucent. 7: Cool the mixture down and blend it to a fine paste. 8: Heat a kadai, add oil. 9: Add fennel seeds, curry leaves and let them crackle. 10: Add the masala paste and cook it on a medium flame for 2 minutes. 11: Add the pressure cooked mutton along with the water and mix well till all ingredients combine evenly. 12: Cover and cook the mutton on a low flame for 10 minutes. 13: Check the seasoning and add salt if necessary. Add black pepper powder and mix well. 14: Add coriander leaves, mix well once and take it off the flame. 15: Serve it hot with rice or parotta or any tiffin item.View original recipe
