What you need

tbsp ghee

cinnamon

green cardamoms

clove

tsp cumin seed
bay leaf

tbsp ginger garlic paste

oz mushroom

cup water

oz basmati rice

tsp salt

cup green peas

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes. 2: Heat a pressure cooker, add oil and ghee. 3: Add the whole spices and let it crackle. 4: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. 5: Add the curd and saute for a few seconds. 6: Add the mushrooms and saute on a high flame for a few minutes till it lets out water. 7: Add the green peas and saute for a few seconds. 8: Add water, salt and let it heat up. 9: Add the soaked and strained rice and mix well till the mixture starts to boil. 10: Close the cooker and pressure cook on a medium to high flame for 2 whistles. 11: Turn off the flame after 2 whistles and let it rest while the steam reduces gradually. 12: Open the cooker, add ghee and fluff the rice.View original recipe
