Instructions
1: To the mushrooms, add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper and water. 2: Mix till the mushrooms are coated well. 3: Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the mushrooms till it turns golden brown. 4: Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic and saute for a few seconds. 5: Add the onions and capsicum and toss for a few seconds on a high flame. 6: Add the sauces and mix till it combines evenly. 7: Add the mushrooms and toss till it is coated evenly with the sauce. 8: Garnish with spring onions and serve it hot.View original recipe
