What you need

water

tsp salt
tbsp oil

tbsp garlic

onion

oz mushroom

tsp red pepper powder

tsp oregano

cup mozzarella cheese

cup masa flour

cup water

pinch salt

pinch red pepper powder

cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
1: Bring water to boil in a pot. Add salt to it. 2: Add the diced potatoes and boil till soft and mashy. 3: Strain the potatoes and mash them while they are still hot. 4: Heat a pan, add oil. 5: Add chopped garlic and onion, sauté till translucent. 6: Add chopped mushrooms, salt, and pepper, sauté till cooked and mixture is dry. 7: Add oregano seasoning and black pepper powder, sauté on high flame, and let it cool. 8: Mix mushroom mixture and grated cheese into the mashed potatoes. 9: Shape into even sized spheres. 10: Prepare a batter using maida, water, salt, and pepper. 11: Coat the shaped mixture in the maida batter and then in the bread crumbs. 12: Heat oil in a pan until hot. 13: Fry crumbed pops in hot oil till golden brown. 14: Serve hot with a dip of your choice.View original recipe
