What you need

cup tomato

tsp salt

cup water
cup capsicum
green chilli

in ginger

tbsp butter

cup onion

tsp cumin seed
lemon wedge
tsp red chili powder

cup fresh coriander leaves

cup process american cheese
Instructions
1: Using a mortar & pestle or a mixer, make a coarse paste out of the chilli, ginger and garlic. 2: Heat butter in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Add the onion and the prepared paste. Saute until the onion turns translucent. 3: Add the capsicum and saute for 1 minute. 4: Add the tomato, salt, red chilli powder and Pav bhaji masala. Saute for 2 minutes. 5: Add water and mix well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6: Mash lightly if the mixture is very lumpy. Reduce it until it turns thick. 7: Remove the mixture into a bowl. 8: Cut a pav in half almost all the way through, but not completely. 9: In the same pan, melt butter and toast the pav lightly. Spoon the prepared masala onto the Pav. 10: Serve garnished with onion, coriander and lemon wedges.View original recipe
