What you need

fl oz milk

in cinnamon

cardamom

clove

bay leaves

tsp salt
cup besan

tsp methi

tsp turmeric powder

tsp garam masala
oil

tsp baking powder
Instructions
1: In a pan, pour milk and add all the garam masalas and bring it to a boil. 2: Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes or until halfway done, remove from the milk and set aside. 3: Reduce the milk until it’s half the volume, strain, and cool it down completely. 4: Add the reduced milk to besan and add all the other ingredients for the batter. 5: Whisk into a smooth batter, dunk the chicken in the batter and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. 6: Garnish with chaat masala and serve hot.View original recipe
