tsp baking soda

tsp asafoetida powder

tsp cumin seed

tbsp green chili

tsp ajwain seeds

cup moong beans

cup onion

tsp ginger
tsp red chili powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
tsp fresh garlic

fl oz frying oil
Instructions
1: Wash the moong dal and soak for 4 hours. 2: Drain the water completely from the soaked dal. 3: Grind the moong dal, cumin seeds, and carom seeds into a coarse paste. 4: Add all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 5: Using wet hands, put small amounts of the mixture into hot oil. 6: Fry on medium-high heat until crisp and golden brown.View original recipe
