carrot

cup cabbage

tbsp coconut oil

tsp mustard seed
dried chilli

shallot
green chilli

curry leaves

tsp salt

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp water
cup shredded coconut
Instructions
1: Remove the ends of the beans and chop it finely. 2: Peel the carrot and then grate it or chop it finely using a knife. 3: You can either grate the cabbage or chop it finely using a knife. 4: Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard seeds. Allow it to crackle. 5: Add dry red chilli, shallots, green chilli, salt, and turmeric powder. Saute it for a minute. 6: Add the chopped vegetables and mix well to combine. Drizzle the water over the vegetables. 7: Sprinkle the coconut and curry leaves over the vegetables evenly, then cover with a lid and cook on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes. 8: Open the lid, then stir and cook for 2 minutes.
