tsp oil

bunch curry leaves

tsp salt

tsp mustard seed

bunch fresh coriander leaves

red chilli
Instructions
1: In a steamer, add water and bring it to a boil. 2: Oil the Idli moulds and gently pour the batter into each cavity. Keep the moulds in the steamer. 3: Steam the Idlis for 8-10 minutes. Take them out and demould them. 4: In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies and let them crackle. 5: Add the Idlis to the pan and toss them for a few seconds with the tadka. 6: Generously sprinkle the Moringa Idli podi on the Idlis and toss until they are evenly coated. 7: Add a spoon of ghee and toss until it combines evenly. 8: Garnish with chopped coriander.
