What you need

cup powdered sugar
cup custard powder

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda
cup vegetable oil

cup milk
tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
1: In a bowl, sieve in the maida, custard powder, powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda. 2: Add vegetable oil and half the quantity of milk and mix till there are no lumps. 3: Add the remaining milk and whisk till a smooth batter forms. 4: Add the tutti frutti and mix till it combines. 5: Grease a baking pan with oil and dust it with flour. 6: Pour the batter into the mould, top it with some tutti frutti. 7: Tap the pan on the table to clear out any air pockets. 8: Keep a deep pot on a medium flame, invert a plate and place it at the bottom and close the pot. 9: Let the pot heat up for 5 minutes. 10: Place the cake mould carefully inside the pot and close it tightly. 11: Bake it on a medium flame for 50 minutes. 12: Poke it with a thin stick to check if it is cooked through. 13: Take it out carefully and demould the cake.
