What you need

cup all purpose flour
egg

tsp mayonnaise

tsp mustard

cup breadcrumb
oil

cheddar cheese

burger bun

tsp butter

cup mayonnaise

tbsp spring onion

tsp capers

tsp jalapeno
tsp lemon zest

tbsp lemon juice

salt

red pepper powder

tbsp shallot
Instructions
1: For the sauce, combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. 2: Cut the fish fillet into squares that are approximately 3x3 inches. Dredge the fish pieces in Maida. 3: Combine the egg, mayonnaise and mustard together. Dip the fish in this mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs. 4: Fry in oil until golden brown, around 4-6 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish pieces. 5: Spread butter on both halves of the burger bun. Toast until golden brown. 6: Assemble the burger with the cheese slice, the fried fish patty and then the tartar sauce on top.View original recipe
