tbsp garlic

green chilli

tsp red chilli

tsp garam masala

tsp cumin powder

cup fresh corn kernels

cup double cream
cup soft cheese

tsp butter

slice bread

fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Heat a pan, add oil. 2: Add garlic and saute for a few seconds. 3: Add onion and saute till it turns translucent. 4: Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minutes. 5: Add the masala pastes and cook for a few seconds. 6: Add a splash of water if it is necessary. 7: Add the corn and cook till it combines evenly. 8: Add processed cheese and mix till it combines well. 9: Heat a tawa, keep it on a low flame. 10: Add butter and place a slice of bread on it. 11: Add the corn mixture. 12: Grate cheese on it and cover it till the cheese starts to melt. 13: Take it out, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.View original recipe
