Instructions
1: In a pan pour oil and let it heat up, add all the ingredients for the masala and roast in a moderate flame until aromatic. 2: Let it cool down and blend it into a fine powder. 3: In a kadai pour oil and add grated coconut and sliced onion, saute until the coconut develops some colour and let it cool down. 4: Blend it into a fine paste and set aside. 5: In a kadai pour oil and let it heat up, add the finely chopped onions and saute until it develops some colour. 6: Add red chilli and turmeric powder, then add the chicken and saute for 2 minutes. 7: Add the coconut paste and cook for 3 minutes. 8: Add the malvani masala, pour in water and simmer until the chicken is cooked through. 9: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with toasted pav.View original recipe
