tsp boneless chicken breast
tsp red chili powder

Instructions
1: Grind the green chilli and garlic into a coarse paste. 2: Mix the prepared green chilli and garlic paste with the washed and cleaned boneless chicken cubes. 3: To the chicken mixture, add salt, cumin powder, chilli powder, and chicken masala. 4: Add the egg, cornflour, and maida to form a batter with the chicken cubes in it. 5: Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the chicken until cooked, about 5 mins. Set this aside. 6: In a pan, add oil, sliced onions, dried red chilli, and curry leaves, and sauté until the onions are translucent. 7: Add the deep-fried chicken cubes to the pan and mix well. 8: Add salt, chicken masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and toss until the spices are coated on the chicken and onions. 9: Remove from heat and serve as an appetizer.View original recipe
