What you need

cup basmati rice

tsp vinegar
green chilli

carrot

cup water
tbsp oil

baby corn

beans

tsp salt

tsp soy sauce

tbsp ginger

onion

tbsp garlic

Instructions
1: Fine chop all the vegetables and set aside. 2: Crush the maggie and cook it in ½ cup water and set aside. 3: In a wok or kadhai add oil and fry the vegetables and move them to a side. 4: Break two eggs and scramble them and mix it with the vegetables. 5: Add schezwan chutney, soy sauce and vinegar and 1 packet of maggie masala and mix. 6: Add the cooked noodles and rice and mix gently without breaking the rice. 7: Add the remaining packet of maggie masala and a 1 tsp of salt and toss. 8: Serve Hot.View original recipe
