What you need

tbsp soy sauce

pinch salt

cup spinach
egg

tbsp spring onion
tsp oil

tsp garlic

tbsp ginger

cup mushroom

cup water

tsp sesame seed

pinch black pepper

fl oz seasoning mix
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Saute on high heat for 2 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside. 2: In the same pan, add more oil. Add ginger, garlic, and spring onion whites. Saute for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the soy sauce. 3: Add water and Maggi seasoning. Once it comes to a boil, add the Maggi noodles. Boil for 2 minutes. 4: Add the spinach and cook for 30 seconds more. 5: To make a soft-boiled egg, heat water in a pan. The level of water should be around 1 inch. Add the egg, cover, and cook for 6 minutes. 6: Remove the egg from the pot and put it into ice-cold water. Once it is cool enough to handle, peel the egg and cut it in half. 7: Pour the noodles and broth into a bowl.
