Instructions
1: In a mixing vessel add atta, kasoori methi, coriander leaves, salt and chilli flakes. 2: Add ghee and water, knead into a smooth chapati dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. 3: In a mixing bowl add sliced onions, green chillies, coriander, cumin powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt, mix and let it set. 4: Once the dough is rested, portion it into dough balls and roll it into a thin chapati, spread some ghee and add the onion mixture onto the dough and fold it into an accordion. 5: Roll it to a paratha and add it to a ripping hot tawa and cook until the insides are cooked and the crust is crispy. 6: Serve it with your favourite gravy.View original recipe
