What you need

bunch curry leaves

tsp turmeric powder

tsp mustard seed
tsp red chili powder

tbsp coconut

tomato

oz chicken pieces

shallot

dried chilli flakes

fl oz sesame oil
Instructions
1: Cut the chicken into large pieces. Add salt, turmeric powder, and water, then pressure cook for 15 minutes on low flame after the first whistle on high flame. 2: Allow the pressure to release naturally and shred the chicken pieces, discarding the bones. 3: In a kadai, heat oil and add the mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add the red chillies and curry leaves. 4: Add the shallots and sauté until brown. 5: Add the tomatoes and cook until mushy. 6: Add red chili powder, salt, and the chicken, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame. 7: Finish with the finely chopped curry leaves and grated coconut.View original recipe
