What you need

Instructions
1: Grate the cauliflower using a grater or a food processor. 2: Mix the grated cauliflower with salt. Microwave for 4-5 minutes. 3: Alternatively, spread it roughly onto a tray and bake it for 10 minutes for 200°c. 4: Put the cooked cauliflower into a muslin cloth. Once it has slightly cooled enough to handle, squeeze out the excess moisture and press it well. 5: Add it into a bowl along with dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, grated mozzarella cheese, and egg. Mix to combine evenly. 6: Spread a sheet of baking paper on a tray. Spread the cauliflower mixture and shape it into a circle. 7: Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 200°c, or until it holds its shape. 8: The cauliflower crust is ready. Flip the pizza crust carefully and remove the baking paper. 9: Spread the sauce, cheese, and any toppings of your choice. Bake again for 6-7 minutes or until the cheese melts. 10: Drizzle olive oil on the pizza. Slice and serve.View original recipe
