What you need

Instructions
1: In an earthen pot/pan, mix the raw mango, shallots, ginger, green chilli, and curry leaves along with all the spice powders, salt, and vinegar. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes. 2: Place the pot over the stove. Add the water and bring it to a boil. Simmer until the mangoes soften. 3: Add the coconut milk. Turn off the heat as soon as it comes to a simmer. 4: For the tempering, heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Add the curry leaves and dried red chillies. Turn off the heat after a few seconds and add it to the curry. Mix and serve with rice.View original recipe
