What you need

pinch salt

tsp ghee
cup warm water

cup palm sugar

cup water

cup water

cup milk

tsp cardamom powder

cup coconut milk
cup shredded coconut

tbsp rice flour

tbsp water
Instructions
1: In a bowl, add the rice flour, salt and ghee. Mix it lightly. 2: Add hot/boiling water and mix it first using a spoon. Once it is cool enough to handle, knead it using your hands. 3: Make small balls from the dough and set it aside. 4: Chop the Karupatti jaggery and heat it along with water till it melts. 5: Strain it into another pot. Add more water to dilute it, then bring it to a boil. 6: Add the dough balls and cook it for around 10 minutes on low heat. Do not stir for the first 4-5 minutes. 7: Mix rice flour with some water to form a slurry. Add this to the pot along with cardamom powder, and mix. 8: Turn off the heat, and add the milk and coconut milk.
