What you need
green chilli

cardamom

cup fresh coriander leaves
oz lamb mince

tsp chili powder

tsp cumin powder

tsp coriander powder

tsp turmeric powder

tsp salt
cup besan gram flour

cup water

tbsp ghee
Instructions
1: In a pan, pour ghee and add whole garam masalas, then sauté for 20 seconds. 2: Add sliced onion and cook until they turn translucent. 3: Add the mutton mince and sauté for 20 seconds. 4: Add the powdered spices and salt, mix thoroughly, then pour water to prevent burning and cook on medium-low until the water evaporates and the mixture is dry. 5: Cool the mixture and blend it into a smooth paste. 6: Add the blended mixture to a bowl, then mix in the roasted gram flour until homogeneous. 7: Shape into flat vadais and pan fry until golden brown, then serve hot.View original recipe
