tsp fennel

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp tomato ketchup
tsp red chili powder

tbsp garlic

oz mushroom

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
1: Bring water to a boil and cook the noodles as per the instruction on the pack. 2: Strain the noodles and add some oil to prevent them from sticking together. 3: Add all the ingredients under coconut paste and grind into a fine paste using a mixer grinder. 4: In a pan, add coconut oil, finely chopped onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté for a minute. 5: Add the dried red chili and curry leaves and continue to sauté. 6: Add the chopped mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. 7: Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and tomato ketchup. Cook this for a minute. 8: Add the coconut paste and mix well. Add salt and lemon juice. 9: Add the cooked noodles and mix without breaking them. 10: Add some more salt, black pepper powder, and coriander leaves, mix well, and remove from heat.
