What you need

tsp fennel seed

green chili

onion

tomato

tsp ginger garlic paste
tsp red chili powder

tsp coriander powder

tsp garam masala

tsp salt
capsicum

cup green peas

tbsp tomato ketchup

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1: Chop the idlis into ½ inch cubes. 2: Add oil in a pan, shallow fry the idli until golden brown on all the sides. Remove from the pan, set aside. 3: Add oil in the pan (if needed), add fennel seeds and slit green chili. 4: Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent. 5: Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a couple of minutes. 6: Add the tomato and sauté until mushy. 7: Add salt, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder, mix well. 8: Add the capsicum cubes, cooked green peas, tomato ketchup and cook everything for 3 mins. 9: Add the shallow fried idlis and mix gently. 10: Add some finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice, and remove from the heat.View original recipe
