What you need

cup rice flour

cup water

bunch curry leaves
asafoetida

tsp baking soda

tsp salt
tsp red chili powder
cup besan gram flour
Instructions
1: Mix all the dry ingredients together. 2: Add water and mix to form a thick but flowing batter. 3: Using a flat perforated ladle/spoon, drop the batter into hot oil. Make sure that the oil is hot enough while frying. 4: Deep fry until crisp and the oil has stopped sizzling. Remove it onto kitchen towel/tissue to absorb the excess oil. 5: Fry cashew until golden brown. Add it to the Boondhi. 6: Turn off the heat and fry curry leaves in the oil until they turn crispy. Add that to the boondhi. 7: Mix them all along with Kashmiri chilli powder and asafoetida until evenly combined.View original recipe
