Instructions
1: If the chicken breast is too large, slice to make two thin slices. 2: Place chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness (around ½-inch thick). 3: Keep breadcrumbs, maida, and beaten egg with water in separate plates. 4: Salt the chicken with salt and black pepper.
