What you need

tsp cumin seed

tsp black peppercorn

cup wheat flour

cup water

tsp salt

cup fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Grind all the ingredients in a mixer. 2: Add it to a bowl. Add water, rava, rice flour, and wheat flour and mix well. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes. 3: Add salt and water as needed until it reaches a thin consistency. 4: Heat a pan to high and grease it lightly with oil. Pour the batter from a height, filling only large gaps. 5: Reduce the flame to medium-low, cover, and cook for 30 seconds. 6: Remove the lid, pour oil around the edges, and cook until brown spots appear.
