Instructions
1: Add one packet of Cookd Madras 65 Masala and add 100 ml water and whisk thoroughly. 2: Cut the idlis into cubes and add the Cookd Madras 65 Masala and mix thoroughly. 3: Heat oil in a kadai and fry the idlis. 4: In a pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, curd, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, cook until aromatic and add the fried idlis. 5: Saute for 30 seconds, turn off the flame and serve.View original recipe
