What you need

tbsp masa flour
tbsp cornflour

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder
egg

cup water
tbsp oil

tbsp garlic
green chilli

curry leaves
tbsp mint leaves

tsp red chilli

tsp coriander powder

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Add the chicken strips to a bowl, add maida, cornflour, egg, salt, pepper, and mix well till the chicken is coated well with the batter. 2: Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the chicken to a golden brown color and keep it aside. 3: Heat a pan, add oil, garlic, curry leaves, and green chilli. Saute for a few seconds. 4: Add mint leaves and saute for a few more seconds. 5: Add the masala powders and cook them on a low flame for a minute. 6: Add whisked curd and soy sauce, mix well till they combine. 7: Add the fried chicken and toss till it is coated with the sauce. 8: Transfer it to a bowl, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, and serve it hot.View original recipe
