1: Slice the chicken breast into 2 and beat it gently to flatten it and cut each slice lengthwise. 2: Score the chicken legs. 3: Marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned in the marinade and mix till it is coated evenly. 4: Prepare a batter with besan flour, rice flour, chilli powder, baking soda, salt, and water.
