tsp soy sauce

tbsp honey
tsp oil

fl oz lemon juice

tbsp butter

oz boneless chicken thighs

tsp paprika

tsp black pepper

Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder. 2: Coat each piece of chicken in Maida. 3: Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken on high heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken from the pan. 4: Add water into the same pan and bring it to a simmer. Add grated garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Mix well to combine. 5: Add butter and lemon juice. Turn off the heat and stir to combine. 6: Place the chicken in a pan or an oven-safe tray and add the sauce on top of the chicken. Arrange the lemon slices on the chicken pieces. 7: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly. 8: Spoon the sauce over the chicken pieces.
