What you need
fl oz oil

tbsp butter
tsp red chili powder

tsp dried thyme

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder
potato

tsp black pepper

cup water
Instructions
1: Grate the potatoes and submerge them in ice-cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch. 2: Squeeze out as much water as you can and lay it on a cloth to dry for 5 minutes. 3: Add the potatoes into a pan along with butter and dried thyme, and cook on medium flame until softened, stirring regularly. 4: Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly, then add corn flour, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, and red chili powder. Mix well. 5: Shape the mixture into small oval shapes, place them on a tray/plate, and freeze for at least 45 minutes to an hour. 6: Dust lightly with corn flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.View original recipe
