fl oz warm milk

tsp sugar

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda
tbsp oil

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

butter

tbsp garlic

cup grated parmesan cheese
tbsp fresh garlic
Instructions
1: Prepare the dough by mixing Maida, Lukewarm Milk, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Curd, and Oil. 2: Knead the dough well and let it rest. 3: For Plain Naan: Shape the dough, sprinkle with Kalonji, and add chopped Coriander Leaves on top. 4: For Garlic Naan: Incorporate finely chopped Garlic and Coriander Leaves into the dough. 5: For Cheese Naan: Add grated Processed Cheese and chopped Garlic into the dough. 6: Cook the Naan on a hot pan, brushing with Butter as necessary. 7: Serve warm.View original recipe
