What you need

oz fish

in ginger

fl oz lemon juice

clove garlic

tsp turmeric powder

tsp coriander powder
cup mint leaves

tsp cumin powder
tbsp cornflour
tbsp oil
green chilli

tsp black pepper

cup fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Marinate the fish using salt and turmeric powder, and set aside. 2: Grind the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice into a smooth paste. 3: In a bowl, mix the ground paste with black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and cornflour. 4: Coat the marinated fish evenly with the mixture. 5: Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. 6: Heat oil in a pan, then cook the fish for around 4 minutes on each side over medium heat. 7: Squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle chaat masala on the fried fish.View original recipe
