½ cup fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

1: In a mixer jar add all the ingredients for the paste and blend into a fine paste.

2: Add the chicken drumsticks and paste along with lemon juice, egg whites and corn flour in a bowl.

3: Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour and deep fry the drumsticks until golden brown.

4: Serve hot.
