Instructions
1: Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Whisk well until thoroughly combined. 2: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Melt the butter. Add in the egg mixture and stir constantly so that a few lumps form. 3: Once most of the egg starts to solidify, add the cheese and start folding the egg from one side to form an oblong/crescent shape. 4: Turn it onto a plate.
