Delicious cheesy Football Chicken made with marinated minced chicken, cheese cubes, and fried to a golden perfection. A perfect snack or starter for any occasion.

What you need

tsp red chilli flakes

tsp red pepper powder

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
tbsp cornflour

Instructions
1: Mix the chicken mince with all the other ingredients for the marination. Set this aside. 2: Cut the cheese cubes into small pieces. 3: Apply oil on your hands. Take a small portion of the chicken mixture. Flatten it and place the cheese in the centre. Cover the cheese and form roundels. 4: Cut off the crust from the bread. Cut the bread into small cubes (around 1 cm). 5: Roll the chicken roundels in the bread pieces. If there are any gaps, place bread pieces there. Press it lightly with your hands to make them stick properly. 6: Fry on medium-low heat for 6-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked inside. Do not overcrowd the pan while frying. While frying, leave it untouched for around 30 seconds after putting it into the oil. 7: Serve as a snack or a starter.View original recipe
